This page covers mawlny.com, the group's corporate site. The operating sites mawlny.ae and mawlny.eg collect application data and publish their own notices; those govern anything you submit there.
What this site collects
mawlny.com takes no applications and has no accounts, so it collects no financing data. It stores a single preference in your browser — light or dark theme — and reads the country your network connection resolves to in order to suggest the relevant market. That country is used to render the suggestion and is not stored or logged against you.
If you email or call the group
We keep your message and contact details to answer it, and to show that it was answered. An enquiry that belongs to a market is forwarded to that office, and from then on it is held under that market's notice.
Separation between markets
Mawlny UAE and Mawlny Egypt hold client records separately. Records are not pooled at group level and are not transferred between the two businesses except where you ask us to and the law in both markets allows it.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal or regulatory duty to keep it. Ask the office that holds the file; the group address will forward the request.
